Choc Chip Ricotta 6-pk (online)

AJ’s fifth grade teacher treated us to these delicious cookies! I fell in love with them and asked for the recipe. I used to make them at home for our family and loved the moist, not too sweet flavor of them. No surprise, they have a generous portion of ricotta cheese in them (cheese is our favorite ingredient, any way you can get it, even in dessert).

When we moved to the new store in 2013 we expanded the bakery line and decided to add these family favorite cookies to our line up. We like to refrigerate them and keep for a few weeks this way.

It’s funny how a recipe starts out and where it ends up. We drizzle chocolate on the tops for some pizazz!
