Green Jalapeno Pepper Jam

Ingredients:

• Cane Sugar
• Water
• Bell Peppers
• Jalapeno Peppers
• Dextrose
• Distilled White Vinegar
• Pectin 
• Citric Acid

Serving Suggestions

• Brush on bacon and wrap around shrimp for grilling
• Glaze chicken or pork chops or even roasted veggies
• Pour over top of a brick of cream cheese and spread on crackers for a simple appetizer
• Mix with pulled pork or shredded chicken
• Use it as a glaze for ham
• Make Candied Bacon!
• Use to make salad dressings or bbq sauces
