We make cheese every weekday, processing and packaging cheese in our state-of-the-art cheese-making facility in store.
Lancaster TV station WGAL toured September Farm and observed our cheese-making operation in action, from the cheese vat to the finished hand-waxed cheese blocks. They also toured our old-fashioned country store and sandwich shop.
