Complete Pancake Mix
Comparable to our Buttermilk Pancake Mix, our Complete Mix is our ‘restaurant style’ mix. The leavening in this mix is different from our other mixes so that the batter doesn’t start to rise until it hits a hot griddle, meaning that you can mix it up ahead of time and keep it in the fridge. Our Complete is also a little bit sweeter than our regular Buttermilk Pancake Mix.
Complete Pancake Mix
Complete is made with whole eggs and real sweet cream Buttermilk already in the mix, so you can just add water! It uses our classic 3 Grain Flour Blend, and has no synthetic colors or flavors.
Pancake Recipe: 2 Cups Pancake Mix + 1 ½ Cups Cold Water (Optional: 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter)
Waffle Recipe: 2 Cups Pancake Mix + 1 ½ Cups Cold Water + 2 Eggs + 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter
Unbleached Wheat Flour, Corn Flour, Rye Flour, Cane Sugar, Sweet Whey, Sweet Cream Buttermilk, Shortening Powder (palm oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides), Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Dextrose, Monocalcium Phosphate, Whole Eggs.

The quality of New Hope Mills products has made New Hope Mills pancake mixes the number one pancake flour in central New York. Although the mill is no longer used for producing flour, New Hope Mills can operate much the same as it did in the 1800s. The mill is being preserved with operations intact, with the goal of an operational museum.
